Thursday Whispers Classes Update
The classes are small 5-12 people each, where you can gain a lot of personal attention. The floor is incredible and we really want to build this location up but if you come at 10 on a night where people work early the next day you will be disappointed. If you aren't going to take the class at least try to be there by 9:15 so that the people who take the class will stay and dance okay?
Congratulations To Our DWG Student of The Month!
Mahzari Sulek gets the Bravo Award and Student of The Month Award For being such a wonderful and dedicated student of all the dances, including salsa and Bachata! Way to go Mahzari! Please read the side bar, Bravo Award to hear all about why Mahzari is Student of The Month!
Wondering Where Grace is On Saturdays?
Right now Grace and Hugo are teaching group classes every single Tuesday Night at the Promenade on a regular basis. Grace is at Whispers Thursday Evenings with Antonio and doing all day private lessons from 1-9 pm Fridays, Saturday Choreography trainings from 4-6 at Gardels and then she goes home and passes out from exhaustion to rest up for Hispanic Heritage Month which sends both Grace and Hugo to many corporate locations to do demonstrations, shows and lessons from Sept - Nov. She is still around but is promoting Gardels and staying at Whispers Thursday to make it grow since she loves the location so much and the classes are different, tailored to teach you how to dance to two different kinds of Latin Music. She hopes to see you at Whispers but remember come ealry and they will keep the music on longer.

2. Men's Salsa Technique & Styling Workshop on October 6th
Hugo's Men Salsa Technique & Styling Workshop
It's that time gentlemen; time to brush up on your lead and body movement technique. Come join Hugo and participate in Men's Salsa Technique & Styling Workshop. Hugo's workshops are filled with a wealth of excellent technique and styling information. Not only he demonstrates each dance movement, but Hugo has the ability of breaking these movements down in an easy to follow step-by-step manner (a skill which only a few salsa instructors in the world seem to be capable of doing). Every dance movement is broken down according to the "On 1" timing. Styling moves are added once students have mastered the basic principles behind the step. Occasionally, some dance steps have more than one variation to them. When this is the case, Hugo or one of the other DWG instructors will execute these variations and let their students decide for themselves which version fits their style. Gentlemen, no worry's there will be enough ladies for you to dance with.
IMPORTANT Note to Ladies: Ladies, if you are interested in attending this workshop you can do so for a minimum dance floor fee of $5 per hour. Even though this workshop is focused on men, ladies can take advantage of a lot of information and technique that is required for women including musicality, following, balance, and spinning in addition to the amount of practice you will get out of this class. Ladies will need to have experience dancing to medium-to-fast music and know the cross body lead with turn. To signup please email Hugo at hugo@dancingwithgrace.com.

8. Testimonials
Grace, I don't think I've said this yet, but I can't thank you, Hugo, and the other instructors enough for what you have done for me. I have grown up again and found a life-long love in salsa. I never thought I could call myself a SALSA WARRIOR (lol), but I am proud to be one.
Thanks again! Take care and God Bless, M.D., Salsa Warrior!
To send Grace a Testimonial about your experience with Dancing With Grace email us at ContactUS@dancingwithgrace.com
9. Good Deeds
Grace and Hugo's Choice For Good Deeds of the Month are for those who consider marriage to be a sacred and wonderful institution that should be promoted and protected. When Hugo asked me to marry him I asked him "what are we going to do to avoid divorce?" Since so many people divorce, I wanted to know what we would do to not be a statistic! We found a wonderful ministry named "Family Life" who teach thousands of couples and families how to have a happy marriage by teaching couples what love is, how to communicate with each other with respect and how to deal with marriage and children at the same time! Since we have been married we have attended 3 of these workshops and believe every single couple should minister to their spirits and marriage through Family Life. They taught us so much and remarried us at the end! We have been married a total of 3 times already! Ha ha! To donate to this wonderful group that makes a difference in the lives of so many American families go to www.familylife.com or just plan to take the workshop yourselves! It's worth every penny!
