Casual, comfortable sweats or yoga pants, (preferably) salsa practice shoes (for turns and spins on a wooden dance floor). If you don't have salsa shoes, you can wear your evening dance shoes. Tennis shoes will inhibit your spins and may ruin your knees over time. You can go to the DWG Store to see if you find something you like. Or go on line and check out shoes like Supadance or International. They can get pricy but make a world of difference when you dance.
Check out Grace's Shoe Clues Chapter in her Salsa With Grace Instructional Video so she can explain why you need good dance shoes, which should you buy first and how to take care of them! Purchase our Salsa Videos.

October Ladies Salsa Workshop & Latin Aerobics Was a Hit!
What a fantastic workshop! Thank you to all the ladies that
made our workshop a complete success! Besides working on our cross
body lead technique our Latin Aerobic Class was truly a gem! We
sweat and practically fell over by the end but ended up doing 6 miles of
stepping in 30 minutes alone! If you didn't feel it the next day
then you can even push yourself further. Be on the lookout for
more aerobic classes coming in the future.
Happy Belated Birthday to Sue Elliott!
She is only 29 and has 14 kids! Doesn’t she look great? Just kidding!!!!!! Happy birthday to a very sweet and lovely girl.
Tapas y Temas: October 12, 2006 @ The Promenade Dancesport Facility

Latin Music was by 12 piece orchestra Grupo Latino Continental and they really did a great job. We hope that in the future you will take the time to support these very worthy causes as many people out there are suffering through unimaginable things and they need our help. Thank again for your participation and donations!

Anne Arundel Community College, The Cato Center for Performing Arts, Dancemoves, Design in Motion, Think!
