Miami. Hugo encouraged her to sign the contract, but Grace wasn’t sure her heart would be in it. The lifestyle she would lead seemed too hectic, just not for her. After declining to sign the contract Grace was happy with her decision. Her path was meant to bring her elsewhere.
Being a dance instructor in the dance world gives me an EYE into the chaotic world of dating. Every single night I see desperate souls searching for “the one” and instead of finding “the one” they settle for “the next one”, give themselves away and are left empty yet again.
It was a royal day at Rocky Creek Retirement Village Sunday December 12, 2010. Residents of Rocky Creek were invited to a “Hate the Holidays?” party where a company called Dancing With Grace rallied up volunteers to get the party started.
No matter what your belief system of God or denomination of Christianity may happen to be, many devout believers of their particular faith are “appalled” by even the idea of a believer going to a night club or dancing period.
What is interesting is how people pay to perform. Most people see the videos and think “I can dance better than them, how did they get up there?” But here is the story, people fly from all over the world, paying their own way, spending thousands on costumes for the chance to have people see their translation of what they have learned on the dance floor.
Recently, I have been tormented by this question. The closer I get to God, the more I question whether or not I should attend, support, or take part in an event, party, social, festival, or congress.
Hate the gym but love brownies like me? Then why not focus on dance in 2009 and watch the pounds slip off (after eating tons during the holidays, of course!).
I had been stalling the completion of my book, “Is Dancing A Sin?” because I felt God was trying to show me more before its release. So I ventured out in support of a friend who had planned a pretty big weekend for dancers. I was excited because, so far, I had seen good things from this dance leader:

After judging competitions you immediately realize who the astonishingly talented dancers are. Some are able to do things I wish I could do again (I’m past my prime but loving it). These talented beings audition for TV shows, compete in competitions, and practice almost every single day.
